Technical Support Specialist (Fargo/Moorhead Area)

Innova Integrated Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist located in our Fargo, ND hub. Experience in a customer support position in a technology field is required.

Paid Part-time internship with opportunity for FULL-TIME after 90 days based on workload and performance.

The following Technical Support Specialist position includes the following:

Responsibilities

  • Communication Skills
    • Must have the ability to:
      • Communicate in an effective and professional manner; Via email, phone, and face to face (as required) with Internal and external resources.
      • Provide training and guidance to internal and external resources.
      • Use available resources effectively and efficiently.
      • Time-manage.
  • Project Implementation
    • Must have ability to:
      • Ability to understand complete end-to-end processes.
      • Stay well organized while staying detail oriented.
      • Multi-task effectively
      • Assist in the planning, design, development, and implementation of projects.
      • Work with various products, services, and applications
      • Complete customer on-boarding processes
      • Coordinating with Internal and External resources
      • Keeping detailed documentation of project information
      • Communicate the status of requests and projects to management.
    • Support
      • Must have ability to:
      • Providing post-sales support
      • Monitoring support queue
      • Responding to support tickets in a timely manner
      • Creating support tickets/Completing support tickets
      • Adapt to changing workloads.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED required with advanced degree preferred (I.T. experience preferred)
  • 2-3 years of Wireless product or cellular services sales or support or networking experience
  • Willingness to learn and be a quick learner.
  • Understanding the traditional LAN/WAN/VPN Networking environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of networking products and technical background is a requirement with knowledge of VOIP/PBX/ (Verizon One Talk a plus!)
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional work ethic.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, work with the team and to never be complacent with something that works if it can be done in a more proficient manner.
  • Some Travel may be required within region.
  • Self-Starter

Innova Integrated Solutions is seeking a ‘Business Account Manager’ located in our Fargo, ND hub. Experience in an outside sales position in a technology field is required.

Full time job opportunity: Salary + Commission + Excellent Benefits Package

• Potential: $50,000 – $80,000+ a year

The following ‘Business Account Manager’ position includes the following:

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through the sale of products and services to new and existing customers
  • Cold-calling and prospecting to new and existing customers
  • Collect detailed information regarding customer needs to create custom proposals
  • Consistently close deals in accordance with established monthly goals and quotas
  • Effectively manage opportunities using CRM
  • Deliver ongoing opportunity updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through trust and integrity
  • Working with vendors to acquire pricing and materials needed for projects
  • Using tools and resources to create, deliver, and close proposals (in-person or remote)
  • Working with internal and external resources to drive project(s) to completion
  • Travel will be required within region as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous account management or B2B sales experience in a quota-based environment required
  • Prior knowledge or work experience within the IT service field preferred
  • Understanding the traditional LAN/WAN/VPN Networking environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of networking products and technical background is a requirement
  • Experience with low-voltage systems a plus
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience in software and/or hardware sales/management is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
