As the Innova and the IT industry moves more towards Managed Services, we hope to recruit more qualified individuals to join the Innova team. This individual may be burnt out or unsatisfied with their current job/industry. They may be working a job that is irrelevant to their education or training. They may be a recent graduate contemplating what they want to do in the current job market. Or they may be working in IT with a company or with supervisors that they are less than fond of. Regardless, we’re looking for driven candidates that are passionate about what Innova is all about. Candidates should include credentials, certificates, and their education on their profile.

Main responsibility:

  • Provide remote support and troubleshooting with occasional site support. 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with Innova’s managed services customer base. 
  • Ability to communicate well and have a great attitude.

  • Perform field service technical troubleshooting and system fixes. 

Qualifications:

  • Needs patience and the ability to interact positively with customers. 
  • Good work ethic and attitude. 
  • Ability to segue into managed services as well as break-fix calls.
