Since their inception in 1946…

Triangle Electric, Inc. has remained locally owned and has operated primarily in eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Triangle Electric specializes in large industrial and commercial electrical construction projects. Throughout the years, Triangle Electric has produced a sizable crop of highly skilled, well-trained, and competent industrial oilfield electricians.

Triangle Electric’s reputation as a legitimate contractor has been earned through nearly 7 decades of successful projects and satisfied customers. With bases of operation located in Williston, Watford City, Tioga, Stanley, and Belfield, Triangle Electric has the ability to effectively serve all areas of western North Dakota. As the Bakken continues to grow, we look forward to serving new customers and taking on new challenges.

Over the last few years, Triangle Electric has been able to find the right leaders that have allowed the company to expand from electrical oilfield work and industrial automation and communication systems to commercial low-voltage services which include, video surveillance, door access control solutions, alarm systems, IT professional services, business phone systems and copper/fiber network infrastructures. We are excited that we have the opportunity to further provide our community with the systems they need and want!

The best part is that we are now able to provide even more excellent services and products that are designed specifically for your business or organization at an affordable price! This was all something that we have been wanting to do one day and well, folks, that day has come and that day is today! Over the last few years, we have grown with you, our local community and statewide supporters.
